Description of the location/construction site/ project:
The main site is located to the East of London (RM16 6RL). Shuttle buses from Underground Station on District Line: Upminster (RM14 2TD).
Bouygues Travaux Publics is in partnership with one local company to deliver the design and construction of a twin road tunnel under the river Thames of 2.6 miles.
Description of the role:
Based at the main office of Lower Thames Crossing (RM16 6RL), you will assist the project financial controller in participating in all activities of the finance department including the management of accounting, auditing and budgeting within our organization.
The duties include:
- Management of a portion of our construction site:
- Review of expenditures
- Budget update following site evolution
- Progress to evaluate with the site team
- Forecast of costs at completion
- Presentation of the monthly report to the Senior Management
- Development of new software
- Cost & Schedule performance analysis
Profile/ Skills : (level, school…experience)
- Master in business/ finance/cost control/project control.
- A small experience in finance or construction is welcome.
- An interest in IT (SAP, Power BI, Excel) will be appreciated.
- Appetite to work in a multicultural environment.
- English B2 level mandatory.
