The E&M Quality Engineer is responsible for the implementation and verification of the effectiveness of Mechanical and Electrical project quality controls and assurance processes. This key role will ensure integration, consistency and efficiency across all M&E installation and commissioning works.

 


Key Responsabilities:

 

  • Develop and implement a project quality management system in conjunction with the construction and commissioning teams;
  • Implement and verify effectiveness of project quality control and assurance processes for the M&E team;
  • Drive development of a culture in which project personnel (including suppliers and subcontractors) are engaged with product quality and process efficiency;
  • Develop, monitor and drive the M&E project team to achieve agreed project KPIs for quality performance;
  • Manage the interfaces with the relevant construction and commissioning teams and other parts of the quality team. 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Engineering degree
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Strong business capabilities including analytical thinking, problem solving, influencing & negotiating and planning
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good level of English
