The Business Development Analyst supports the company’s growth by identifying, evaluating, and securing new Solar Farm and BESS project opportunities. The business development team builds relationships with new developers, EPC partner, subcontractors, analyses market trends, and positions the company strategically for future projects.

In practice, the position consists in analysing new project opportunities, prepares competitive technical proposals and commercial offers, and thus helping secure projects that align with the company’s expertise and long-term strategy.



Key responsibilities:

· Project selection analysis: review of key project proposal information to assess feasibility and alignment with company interests, and preparation of internal reports and management presentations

· Tender Client Requirements analysis: reviewing technical and operational requirements for clients for each request for proposal

· Tender response internal management: ensure deadlines and coordinates inputs from engineering, HSEQ, legals, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure compliant and competitive proposals

· Proposal offers writing and compilation: support the preparation of proposal documents for the project developer, including cost analysis and comparisons, budget management, and drafting of the technical proposal

· Monitoring Regulatory and Technical Updates: Maintain market intelligence by monitoring industry trends, competitors, and upcoming opportunities.

 

Qualifications



· Ability to manage and work effectively in a team and across multiple stakeholders (client, internal teams and subcontractors)

· Analytical and organizational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks on various subjects simultaneously under tight deadlines

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (dashboards, pivot table) and PowerPoint (commercial and internal presentations)

· Basic understanding of project finance, CAPEX/OPEX modelling, is a plus
