Reporting directly to the CEO, the VIE PMO will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating the company’s construction projects. He/she will be responsible for operational project tracking, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing project management tools.

 


Key responsabilities: 

 

  • Project performance reporting: collect and consolidate reporting from BYCA’s main projects
  • Power BI dashboard: maintain and update the Power BI dashboard used by the CEO to track project performance and key actions.
  • Operations Performance: follow up with project teams on the implementation and reporting of the Operations Performance Basics (internal guidelines of the company to improve the performance of the construction sites).
  • Milestones: collect and consolidate the main milestones from each project for reporting.
  • Knowledge Management / REX: coordinate the End-of-Site / End-of-Activity report process and follow up with project teams on the preparation and submission of their REX.
  • CEO support: support the CEO on ad hoc requests, analyses and presentations when needed

 

 

 

Your profile:


• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in this field.
• Dual degree engineering and business
• Motivated to commit to a two-year assignment in Australia
• Solid understanding of project scheduling and project management methodologies
• Proficient in management and reporting tools, especially Power BI
• Autonomous, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environ
