Our Company

Dragages Hong Kong has been in Hong Kong for more than 65 years since 1955 when the first contract was awarded in the territory to reconstruct and extend the runway at the first Hong Kong International Airport at Kai Tak. Since then, Dragages has completed many iconic projects that marked the milestones of Hong Kong development.

Bouygues Travaux Publics (BYTP) is the sister company of Dragages, an expert in challenge projects with high added value involving tunnels, engineering structures and road, port and rail infrastructures.

The 1201 project involves a westward extension of the Tung Chung Line (TCL), and the design and construction of a new station at Tung Chung West and a tunnel from the existing Tung Chung Station. When completed, the project will improve railway accessibility to Tung Chung West and Tung Chung East areas, as well as the proposed developments at Lantau North and the airport expansion plans.

The Tung Chung West Station and Tunnels project will serve existing public housing estates and property developments in the vicinity. The construction of the TUE is expected a target completion date of 2029.
