What is the recruitment process?
Each Bouygues Construction entity can decide how it organises itself, but most of the time, if your CV is shortlisted, you will have a short initial telephone interview to check that the essential criteria for the job have been met: future place of work in line with your expectations, dates of availability, etc. Then there is usually an interview with the Human Resources Manager. This interview can take place remotely. Finally, an interview is scheduled with your future line manager.

Can I apply anywhere in the world?
Technically, there is nothing to prevent you from doing so. However, regulations differ from country to country and you may be asked for a work permit valid in the country concerned.

I've applied and I've had no news about my application. What should I do?
Once you have applied, we aim to review your CV within 4 weeks. We monitor this regularly to ensure that this target is met, or at least as close to it as possible.

Is my application validated by Artificial Intelligence? 
No: at Bouygues Construction, we do not use AI to pre-select or sort applications. Your application will therefore be carefully reread by a human resources manager before you receive any feedback, whether positive or negative. However, it may happen that a position is filled and we decide at that point to unpublish the advert and give negative feedback ‘en masse’ to the remaining candidates who have not yet been interviewed.

How can I find out about the conditions of employment?
Certain elements are mentioned on the job advertisement. For the rest, we suggest you ask the recruiter during your discussions.

How do I prepare for my interview? 
We suggest that you reread the proposed tasks carefully and ask yourself what interests you in this project and in the company in the longer term.

I'm interested in several positions. Can I submit several applications at the same time?
The system allows you to apply for as many vacancies at once as you like. But be careful: we recommend that you read the advertisements carefully, both in terms of the tasks requested and the profile expected. The consistency of your search may be a point to consider in your application. We have access to all the applications you submit to the whole group.
