About the Role:
- Prepare weekly / monthly progress reporting and critical path analysis
- Plan and coordinate with stakeholders as necessary to achieve project reporting objectives
- Assist Planning Manager on monitoring tasks not limited to data analysis and assist follow-up with stakeholders
- Responsible for maintaining the Project Management Information System (PMIS) to support report generations
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Degree holder in civil or structural engineering
- Preferable minimum 1 years of experience in planning in Hong Kong in civil projects or any other field related with data management
- Demonstrate an understanding of data relationships and data querying
- Good computer knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office, and digital reporting using Power BI
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
