About the Role
Develop constructions methods that are practical effective, efficient and economic, to meet client and company requirements based on available information (e.g. site conditions), design, legal requirements, specifications, standards and codes.
- Draw up the structural works execution schedule
- Draw up the preparation schedule for Methods and Plant
- Participate in technical/price studies for different construction solutions for the structure
- Set the execution methods (methods statement, operating procedures, phasing, cycles) in line with the Schedule and the Quality-Safety-Environment rules
- Carry out studies regarding site installations and the lifting equipment
- Determine all plant resources needed for concreting and safety: formwork for vertical and Formwork for horizontal elements, safety, lifting equipment, etc.
- Provide monitoring and inspection of manufacturers of special plant/equipment: consultation, ordering, checking the calculation notes and fabrication drawings, acceptance in factory, dummy assembly, packaging.
- Manage the Methods technicians/engineers and draughtsmen/women
- Monitor studies of technical risks (Methods) of the project
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering degree
- Up to 7 years’ experience
- Coordination and negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge and profit minded
- Methodical, have authority, available, attentive, objective, tenacious and have a sense of responsibility.
