Main Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data and transactions
- Regularly reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Manage daily financial transactions such as accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all postings are accurate and timely
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documents and supporting data
- Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability
- Ensure transaction safety by verifying accuracy and preventing financial errors or fraud
- Provide insights and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure financial reporting meets required standards
- Ensure the Company Health & Safety safe working practices are observed at all times
- To act at all times in accordance with the organization's values and serve as an ambassador for Group policies on Safety, Sustainability, Ethics, and Human Rights •
- To be aligned with the organization's Core Values, including the values of Bouygues Construction
- Handle ad-hoc matters, as required
Required Skills & Qualification
- Software Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office, SAP and other technical skills
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of local financial regulations and accounting standards
- Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience (Accountant)
