The Foreman General Services will oversee the planning, allocation, and execution of general services tasks supporting production activities at the Al Ula site. The role includes supervising assigned crews, monitoring workmanship and safety compliance, and ensuring work is completed according to project requirements and site procedures. The Foreman will coordinate daily activities with internal stakeholders and report progress, issues, and resource needs to the production leadership. The position also involves verifying site readiness, coordinating logistics support as needed, and maintaining organized work areas. Additionally, the Foreman will contribute to resolving field challenges promptly to minimize downtime and support the overall project program.
- Experience supervising general services and field operations within construction or engineering environments, preferably at a foreman level.
- Strong knowledge of site safety practices and the ability to enforce compliance in day-to-day work.
- Ability to read and interpret relevant work instructions, plans, and activity schedules to coordinate execution.
- Proven leadership and communication skills to manage crews, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide clear daily updates.
- Competence in basic site reporting, issue tracking, and documentation of work progress.
- Familiarity with common construction site logistics and coordination practices to support continuity of production.
