Main Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, network equipment, and other IT devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, Microsoft 365 services, email accounts, and access to company systems and Active Directory
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity, Wi-Fi, internet services, switches, and other network infrastructure
- Manage IT assets, including equipment allocation, inventory, replacements, and lifecycle tracking
- Install and maintain required software, and manage software licenses and renewals
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for IT equipment, licenses, internet services, and technical support
- Support IT procurement activities, including preparing technical requirements, quotations, and purchase orders
- Ensure IT systems and services are available, secure, and operating effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents while maintaining proper documentation and follow-up
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, equipment preparation, and asset handover
- Maintain IT documentation, procedures, inventories, and technical records
- Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and other office technology
- Assist with cybersecurity requirements, endpoint protection, access controls, and IT policy compliance
- Provide on-site IT support for project offices and remote locations when required
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, and migrations
Required Skills & Competencies
- Technical Troubleshooting: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues independently
- System Administration: Experience managing user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services
- Network Management: Knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity, Wi-Fi, switches, and internet services
- Hardware: Hands-on experience with computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- IT Asset Management: Experience tracking inventory, managing equipment lifecycle, and coordinating procurement
- Vendor Coordination: Experience liaising with external IT service providers and suppliers
- Security Awareness: Understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, and access controls
Qualifications
- Formal IT Support or diploma in Information Technology or related field
- Proficiency with IT management tools and ticketing systems
- Fluency in English (required)
Experience Required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related technical role
- Proven experience providing first and second-level technical support in a corporate environment
