Job Description

 

Strategic Security Management: 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable security plan tailored to the specific threats and vulnerabilities of the project location.
  • Conduct continuous, in-depth risk and threat assessments, including analysis of geopolitical trends, local political dynamics, and potential for civil unrest or violence.
  • Establish and maintain a strong intelligence network, cultivating relationships with local authorities, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant security contacts to gain timely and actionable information.
  • Serve as the principal security advisor to senior management and project leadership, providing regular briefings and recommendations on security posture and risk mitigation. 

 

Operational Security: 

  • Manage all aspects of physical security for the construction site, including access control, perimeter security, surveillance systems, and security personnel. 
  • Oversee a team of security staff, including third-party contractors, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and adhere to strict security protocols.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures for all project personnel, including site-specific rules, travel advisories, and emergency response protocols.
  • Supervise the movement of personnel, materials, and equipment to and from the remote site, implementing secure logistics and convoy procedures.
  • Strategic coordination with royal guards.
  • Developing security protocols in conjunction with royal guards.
  • Planning and executing operations alongside royal guards.
  • Ensuring strategic alignment with royal guard security measures.
  • Ensuring speed monitoring inside the reserve roads is caried out minimum 2 times a week. 

 

Crisis and Emergency Response: 

  • Create and regularly update a comprehensive crisis management and emergency response plan for a range of scenarios, including political violence, kidnapping, medical emergencies, or natural disasters.
  • Lead the on-site crisis management team and coordinate with regional and corporate leadership during security incidents.
  • Conduct regular drills and training exercises to ensure all personnel are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.
  • Establish and maintain an emergency communication plan to ensure timely and secure information flow during a crisis. 

 

Personnel and Asset Protection: 

  • Implement and manage security programs for expatriate and local employees, including personal security details and safe house arrangements, as necessary.
  • Ensure the protection of sensitive data and intellectual property related to the project.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and vetting for all employees and contractors with access to the site.
