About the Role:
- To review BS design documents for the timely issuance.
- To coordinate with Utility companies, Government department for the statutory requirement.
- To monitor site progress and resolve matter related to BS site works so as to secure the timely completion of the project.
- Update the BIM models of underground services.
- CSD/CBWD production of underground services.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BS Engineering in construction industry
- With solid experience in design and construction of underground service will be advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Building Services Engineer
