About the Role:

Supervise or delegate the supervision of the construction works

Carry out duties of a Contractor Employed Building Services Inspector as detailed in the Site Administration Handbook (SAH) published by the ArchSD

Manage and monitor the site activities to meet the Employer’s Requirements, ArchSD General Specification, the Site Administration Handbook (SAH), relevant BSEN and Code of Practice
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Higher Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or above

Level 2 or above in the English and Chinese Language in HKCEE, HKDSE or equivalent

Minimum 10 years site experience including 6 years post-qualification experience in the capacity of building services inspection work
