Specialized in civil engineering and engineering structures, Bouygues Travaux Publics is one of the world leaders in the fields of land use planning and sustainable infrastructure construction. Bouygues Travaux Publics is committed to diversity and is open to all talents.

We are currently recruiting for a Team Organiser to join our Marine and Tunnelling team in Avonmouth, supporting one of the most exciting infrastructure programmes in the UK.

As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), we are supporting the construction of Sizewell C – a 3.2-gigawatt power station that will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. This landmark project will play a vital role in the UK’s energy future, delivering reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. Working within the alliance brings together global expertise from major infrastructure leaders, creating a truly collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

In this role, I’m looking for someone who can provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the project team. You’ll be a central point of coordination, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly while supporting colleagues across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and travel arrangements including accommodation and transport

  • Supporting onboarding processes by welcoming new starters and coordinating IT requests

  • Organising meetings, preparing documentation, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions

  • Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems and team databases

  • Managing office administration tasks including mail, PPE orders and office consumables

  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Supporting senior managers with calendar management and ad-hoc administrative tasks

  • Assisting with training sessions, workshops and project-related events

  • Planning and coordinating team social events and activities

  • Maintaining trackers such as team directories and absence records while supporting reporting and team metrics

What we are looking for:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Previous administration or office experience

  • Confident using Microsoft Office 365

  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a focus on delivering great support to the wider team

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a once-in-a-generation infrastructure project, working alongside industry experts and helping deliver a programme that will power millions of homes with low-carbon energy.

If you’re an organised and proactive administrator looking to be part of something truly impactful, I’d love to hear from you.
