We are currently looking for a CEA Works Engineer to oversee the construction of a large luxury hotel and residential complex located in the Dominican Republic.

Able to manage a large-scale construction project and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, partner companies, and project management, you will be responsible for the structural envelope and interior finishing packages of the project.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and sequencing of works, including coordination with other trades
  • Support and supervise team leaders and on-site teams, fostering collaboration and problem-solving
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards
  • Review and validate execution drawings
  • Ensure that work complies with applicable standards and regulations
  • Carry out technical and administrative follow-ups
  • Ensure site safety and proper site management
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, inspections, and compliance reports

 

Could this be you?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in architectural trades (CEA), in environments requiring a high level of organization and coordination
  • You are proficient in office tools and construction management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
  • You are recognized for your leadership, autonomy, and ability to manage critical situations
  • Curious and motivated by technical and architectural challenges, you thrive in demanding international projects
  • You are able to anticipate, arbitrate, and secure technical and architectural decisions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of synthesizing information, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential, and proficiency in French is a plus.
