About the Role:
- Carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically related to the project.
- To work in the offices of Architectural Services Department under the supervision and direction of the Project Manager or his delegate.
- Planning, designing and supervising the construction of government buildings and facilities
- Performing project management duties including co-ordination of project requirements, the administration of contracts and consultancy agreements in outsourced projects.
- Providing advice on architectural and building development related issues.
- Other Instruction form Project Manager.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Educational Background in Architectural related discipline
- Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects or equivalent; and Registered Architect of the Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong;
- Minimum 1-year post-qualification practical experience
- Good practical knowledge in architectural works and pass the selection interview to ASD
- Holder valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
