We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager for our Jersey - Acute Overdale Hospital Project. The Jersey Hospital Project is a large-scale, technically complex, and highly regulated healthcare development that presents significant quality, compliance and operational assurance requirements throughout design, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and occupation readiness activities. The project represents a proactive investment in project assurance, risk reduction, operational readiness, and successful project delivery.
This is a key position for this project and you will supporting effective governance, assurance and delivery across the project lifecycle and to ensure full implementation of Bouygues UK’s Corporate Quality Management System (QMS), applicable Business Unit quality requirements, project-specific quality controls and the approved Quality Management Plan (QMP).
Your Skills Profile will include:
You will be an experienced quality professional with a demonstrable track record of delivering quality assurance and quality management activities on major construction, infrastructure or highly regulated projects.
- Extensive experience within construction, healthcare, infrastructure or similarly regulated sectors
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Proven experience implementing project and corporate QMS requirements
- Experience leading internal and external audits
- Strong understanding of inspection and testing processes
- Experience managing non-conformances and corrective actions
- Demonstrable capability in root-cause analysis and continual improvement methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Relevant degree, HNC/HND, NVQ or equivalent qualification
- CQI, IRCA, CIOB or equivalent professional membership desirable
Experience on healthcare projects, complex commissioning programmes or technically demanding facilities would be particularly advantageous.
