Within the Strategy & Transformation department of Bouygues Construction, you will contribute to shaping the strategy of a global leader in construction, working on key topics such as growth, international expansion, innovation, transformation, environmental transition, and new business models.

 

Specific scope of mission will involve:

  1. Contributing to shaping of future strategic plan,
  2. Monitoring implementation of strategic initiatives and action plans,
  3. Conducting ad hoc strategic analyses and providing actionable insights to senior management on key business challenges.

This position will enable you to acquire an extended overview of the company, its various businesses and organisation, and get involved on cross-functional projects.

The Strategy & Transformation department relies on a very committed, agile, young and international team, which cultivates a spirit of true business partner for the operations.

We are looking for a rigorous, autonomous, proactive and reliable person, with strong critical thinking skills, genuine curiosity for business, as well as an ability to organise and present complex issues in a synthetic and impactful way.

We welcome applications from candidates with a Master’s degree from all relevant backgrounds (business school, engineering school or university). English is a must-have.

 

The position is located at Bouygues Construction’s headquarters in Challenger (Guyancourt (78)).
