We are excited to be offering an opportunity for a Site Management Industrial Placement Year Student to join us on a brand-new construction project in Exeter. This is your chance to see a project come to life, giving you invaluable real-life experience on site.
What You’ll Need:
- To be studying a construction-related degree
- A passion for construction and eagerness to learn!
What You'll Do:
- Assist the site manager in keeping the project on track according to the contract program.
- Oversee parts of the work to ensure safe execution, as directed.
- Attend site meetings when needed.
- Provide updates for Progress Reports if requested.
- Help the Site Manager with Inspection and Test Plans and make sure they meet the requirements.
- Ensure all work follows the latest information.
- Monitor and report any work/materials not meeting the required standards to the Site Manager.
- Get to know and follow the Company Health and Safety Policy.
