We support the various entities in the Bouygues Construction Group by meeting the digital needs of the construction sectors. We support the operational business lines in implementing the digitalisation of their processes, both in France and internationally. As part of the Corporate IS department, the HRIS France Centre is responsible for carrying out projects and maintaining the administrative management, workforce management and payroll systems in operational condition. Reporting to the Product Owner of the Labour Management Domain, which comprises 3 applications (Onboarding, Time Management and Temporary Work), you will contribute to the quality of this domain and thus to user satisfaction.
Your main tasks:
- Deploying a mobile application within one of the Group's entities
- Analysing and handling level 3 incidents
- Functional acceptance of corrections
- Participating in cross-departmental application support (levels 1 and 2)
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of manpower management support
- Drafting various user supports
Skills required :
