Diversified and strategic missions:
Within the Brand and Communication Department of Bouygues Construction and reporting to the Head of the Brand Department, you will drive and manage Bouygues Construction's editorial strategy across the entire internal and external ecosystem (social networks, website, newsletter, brochures, etc.) in order to feed our "Building for life" brand strategy.
You will manage the content intended to animate the company's brand strategy and ensure the coherence, quality and impact of the messages disseminated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Impetus and deployment of Bouygues Construction's multichannel brand content strategy internally and externally;
- Definition and implementation of the editorial strategy in alignment with the brand strategy: translate the strategic objectives into a clear and impactful editorial line, ensure the consistency of the brand's tone and storytelling;
- Design and production of engaging content (interviews, reports, articles, infographics, videos, etc.) that serve our Building for life brand strategy and the company:
- on internal channels: intranet, newsletters, internal magazines, etc.
- on external channels: website, social networks, brochure and institutional presentation, brochures, videos, etc
- Participation in the implementation of awareness campaigns: adapt content to the specificities of different channels and audiences;
- Supervision and coordination of the various contributors and external service providers (agencies, editors, journalists, etc.), in particular on multi-contributory channels such as the Bouygues Construction website. Ensure the quality and harmonization of the messages disseminated;
- Participation in editorial committees for the communication department in France and abroad;
- Management of content performance through analysis of statistics and KPIs.
What if it would be you?
You have a degree in journalism or communication, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the industrial sector.
An excellent level of English is required, as your role will involve regular interactions with our international entities.
You like to lead teams in project mode and work closely with a large network of internal and external contacts.
You have excellent writing and storytelling skills, a good knowledge of content strategies and SEO, and master digital and print publishing tools.
