Diversified missions:

We are looking for a Compensation Research Officer to strengthen our team.

 

Your missions will be to manage the various compensation campaigns, to participate in the management of bonuses and the long-term compensation of our managers, to work on the weighing of positions through our internal tool WTW (Willis Towers Watson).

You will support the evolution of compensation processes and tools within the Corporate Compensation, HRIS and Data department of Bouygues Construction, particularly on the Reporting part.

 

As a research manager, you will be responsible for the operations of the various remuneration campaigns from their planning to their implementation:

  • « Salary Review/SRG »,  « Exceptional Review,
  • Calculation of the executive bonus
  • Long-term compensation.

 

This includes operations planning, upstream simulations, monitoring campaign developments, setting up tools and access rights, in collaboration with our IT team. You will carry out a rigorous control of the quality of the data and ensure coordination and communication with the administrators of the entities concerned

 

You will also be responsible for conducting in-depth compensation studies for senior management. These studies will provide essential strategic analysis to support decision-making at the highest level. You will be required to prepare detailed reports and presentations that highlight key trends and offer recommendations based on your analyses.

 

You will also be in charge of managing compensation Power BI, including campaign monitoring, salary benchmarking, and management of variable payroll elements.
