Based at the headquarters in Guyancourt, you will join the Legal Department of Bouygues Bâtiment International and work closely with the Compliance Officer on the development of various projects.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
• Conduct targeted checks on internal processes (purchasing, finance, etc.) to ensure proper application and compliance with the Group’s ethical rules and standards.
• Identify any anomalies, risks, or breaches, and propose corrective actions in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute, in the medium term, to the deployment of ethical and compliance processes in new countries where Bouygues Bâtiment International develops its projects. Support local teams in understanding and adopting Group standards, adapting tools and practices to specific contexts while ensuring alignment with international regulatory and ethical requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for local teams (legal, support functions, operational) to answer questions regarding current procedures, compliance issues, or regulatory requirements. Provide guidance on best practices and assist in resolving complex situations.
• Contribute to regulatory monitoring in ethics and compliance by identifying relevant legislative and normative developments for the scope of activity and ensuring their dissemination to internal stakeholders.

As part of an international company, fluency in English is essential, and ideally Russian. Proficiency in French is a plus.
This position will initially be based at Bouygues Bâtiment International’s headquarters (Challenger – Guyancourt 78), with opportunities to evolve towards international assignments depending on business needs and your mobility.
In this role, you will be required to travel to our various locations worldwide.
