Join the Communications Department of Bouygues Travaux Publics at the iconic Bouygues Construction headquarters in Challenger (Guyancourt). You will be part of a dynamic and versatile team, fully committed to promoting the company’s ambitions and projects in France and internationally.

 

Your Role

As an Event Communications Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring event projects, as well as managing the company’s participation in trade shows and exhibitions. You will also contribute to the media library and to the production of content for the company intranet and LinkedIn page.

 

Event Communications

  • Professional trade shows (WNE, AFTES, SEANERGY, WINDEUROPE, etc.).
  • External and internal events (client receptions, employee garden parties, New Year events, etc.).
  • Visual creation linked to events (proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).

 

Health & Safety

  • Supporting the Health & Safety department in implementing its prevention policy.
  • Creating communication materials and organising ad hoc events related to Health & Safety topics.

 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Contribution to the media library: content integration, updates and enrichment.
  • Participation in the digital ecosystem (intranet, mailings, website).
  • Contribution to content creation for the company intranet and LinkedIn page.

 

Your profile

  • Higher education degree in communications or equivalent.
  • First experience in corporate communications or in an agency is a plus.
  • Fluent English required (daily interactions, possible content writing). Excellent proficiency in French is essential.
  • International candidates with a strong level of French are welcome.
  • Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and rigour.
  • Creativity, curiosity, dynamism and a desire to propose innovative formats.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to work autonomously.
