We are looking for an Assistant to work under the responsibility of our CEO's Senior Assistant, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office.

 

Diversified missions:

Reporting to the Senior Executive Management Assistant, you will assist him on:

 

Agenda and schedule management:

  • Plan and organize the CEO's appointments, meetings, trips and events.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure their preparation.
  • Organize business dinners, including venue selection, menu coordination, and invitation management.

Relations with Bouygues SA, the Group's parent company:

  • Coordinate meetings and committees with Bouygues SA, ensuring good communication and compliance with schedules and room reservations.

Preparing files and printing documents:

  • Gather necessary information and prepare complete records for meetings and presentations.
  • Print and distribute the required documents, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information.

Administrative support:

  • Prepare necessary documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Manage, verify and follow up on CEO expense reports

Communications Management:

  • Handle email, phone calls, and other correspondence.

 

What if it was you?

You have proven experience as an executive or team assistant, or in a similar position.

You are proficient in office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic document management systems.

 

You have excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and work in a dynamic and changing environment.

You are fluent in French and English (written and oral).

This position is 80% part-time.

If the candidate wishes to be 100%, an additional mission may be considered within another team.
