Your mission: lead our global recruitment and school relations strategy across 35,000 employees in 60 countries.


Together with your team, you will play a key role in:

 

  • Developing future talent: reaching 10% of young professionals (interns, apprentices, early-career hires) within our workforce.
  • Strengthening diversity and openness across our teams.
  • Enhancing our employer attractiveness: supporting our major countries in their recruitment initiatives.

 

Your responsibilities will focus on three main areas:

 

  • School Relations: define and roll out our strategy with schools and universities; engage and coordinate internal communities (ambassadors, school relations representatives) …
  • Recruitment: enhance our presence on social media, coordinate recruitment teams, oversee our HR information systems, and manage key partnerships…
  • Employer Branding: organise employer-attractiveness events, promote our brand, and design innovative initiatives…

 

Your objective ?  Always stay one step ahead to position Bouygues Construction as the benchmark in the construction industry for onboarding and employer image.

• Around 15 years of experience.
• Key strengths: assertiveness, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, organisation, rigor, and team spirit.
• We aim to welcome talent from all our countries of operation. For this role, we are particularly open to international profiles. The position may be partly performed in English; however, a solid command of French (minimum B2 level) is required.
