Reporting to the Group Health, Safety, and Security Director at Bouygues Construction, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the 6 committees dedicated to each of the BYCN major risks, in collaboration with the leaders of these committees:
- Updating Bouygues Construction standards aimed at controlling these Major Risks.
- Designing, developing and sharing communication, training and awareness-raising tools on Major Risks.
- Follow-up of innovations improving the control of these Major Risks.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of accidents and near-misses Major Risks related: tracking, investigation and information sharing.
- Audit, through country/project visits, operational measures dedicated to Major Risks control.
- Co-lead the SAFETY ACADEMY (H&S manager training) in partnership with Cegos.
- Oversee the design and organization of Bouygues Construction's annual Safety Weeks.
- Prepare the Bouygues Construction Executive Committee (EXCO).
Skills required:
- Significant experience in risk management and safety, ideally in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and group facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and event coordination skills.
- Ability to design training programs and awareness-raising tools.
- Ability to work with different teams and committees.
- Missions abroad and in France.
- Fluent English and professional French (read, written, spoken); or professional English (read, written, spoken) and fluent French.
