Within the Human Resources Department of Bouygues Bâtiment International, you will take part in several cross-functional HR projects, combining the structuring of materials, collaborative tools and HR communication, in support of the HR team and employees.
Create and update HR data sheets and materials related to recruitment challenges
You will contribute to the creation of country fact sheets (HR practices, key data, challenges) in collaboration with an external service provider, intended for HR teams, and you will define the update process.
Organize the BBI HR team SharePoint
You will work on the SharePoint used by the HR team and BBI HR networks in order to structure and organize information and update content.
Update and structure the HR intranet for employees
You will contribute to updating and enriching the HR intranet for employees in order to improve accessibility and understanding of HR topics for all employees.
Take part in the implementation of an onboarding process
You will participate in reflections around employee onboarding: reviewing existing systems, proposing improvements, and contributing to the structuring and updating of the welcome guide, with the aim of improving the onboarding experience within the Group.
Your profile
- Master’s degree (Year 1 or 2) student in Human Resources, or student from a top business school with an HR specialization
- Interest in HR projects, digital tools and internal communication
- Comfortable with preparing materials and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, with strong interpersonal skills
