Reporting to the Engineering Area, and working closely with the business units and other Bouygues Construction IT teams, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Assisting with project management and application referral tasks
- Defining a schedule for completion/commissioning and coordinating the actions of the parties involved to ensure that costs, deadlines and quality are met
- Monitor consumption and use of tools via reporting
- Working with the IT and business teams to help collect and use data from the tools
- Participate in improving the service offering
- Setting up contracts and relations with publishers
- Drafting documentation and assisting with change management
- Other tasks may be proposed depending on the current period
