About the Role 

The Quality Graduate supports the Alliance's quality management initiatives through quality assurance activities, compliance monitoring, audits, investigations, reporting, and continuous improvement projects. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, the role contributes to maintaining compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements while supporting the effective operation of the Quality Management System. The Quality Graduate will assist the Quality Manager and Project Controls Manager with data analysis, auditing, risk management, and process improvement, while contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the Alliance. 

Key Responsibilities 

•  Compliance with Alliance quality policies and procedures.
• Timely completion of assigned quality activities and projects.
• Accuracy and integrity of quality data and reporting.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in document control activities, including the review and update of procedures, work instructions, 
  and forms.
• Maintain quality records, templates, registers, and controlled documents within the Alliance SharePoint quality 
  management environment.
• Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of the Alliance Internal Audit Schedule.
• Coordinate audit logistics, track audit findings, and facilitate close-out of corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
•  Support implementation and verification of quality and compliance requirements associated with the Topside 
  Program, including readiness activities leading to January 2027 delivery milestones.
• Support review and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and verify supplier compliance with 
  agreed inspection and quality requirements.
• Assist in monitoring supplier quality performance, documentation compliance, and adherence to Alliance 
  quality requirements. 
•  Support quality risk identification, assessment, treatment tracking, and reporting in accordance with Alliance 
  risk management processes.
• Coordinate and maintain records of mandatory quality training and inductions, including Quality Management 
  Plan and Risk Management induction requirements. 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Science, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 or similar). 
• Awareness of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Knowledge of audit principles and risk management concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Power BI (desirable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
