About the Role
- Responsible for data entry, clerical duties and assisting supervisor in preparation of the project objective, monthly cost control report and budget forecast
- Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded
- Provide cost control and planning advice to project team as and when required
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- DSE graduate or above, LCCI Level 1 or above
- Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
