Specialized in civil engineering and engineering structures, Bouygues Travaux Publics is one of the world leaders in the fields of land use planning and sustainable infrastructure construction. Bouygues Travaux Publics is committed to diversity and is open to all talents.
As part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), we’re playing a critical role in one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the UK — the development of Sizewell C. This next-generation power station will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, shaping a more sustainable energy future for the next 60 years.
We are looking for an Integrated Management System Lead to help shape how our organisation works from the inside out. This is a rare opportunity to lead the creation and implementation of the CWA’s Integrated Management System (IMS) — establishing the systems, controls, and assurance mechanisms that will underpin how we deliver on our commitments.
You'll be joining our Strategy & Transformation team, a vital part of the CWA, focused on embedding effective, compliant, and efficient ways of working across the programme. From day one, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, delivery teams and stakeholders to:
-
Develop and implement a fully compliant IMS aligned with statutory and regulatory requirements
-
Lead on policies, procedures, guidance and templates that define how we operate
-
Establish and embed governance and assurance frameworks that drive accountability
-
Champion continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies
-
Lead audit programmes and ensure ISO certification readiness (especially ISO 9001)
-
Build and eventually lead a dedicated IMS team
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:
-
Proven expertise in designing and leading IMS in large, complex infrastructure environments
-
Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015)
-
A solid grasp of quality, H&S, ESG, and technical standards
-
Experience influencing at senior level and building buy-in across delivery teams and supply chain
-
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
An engineering or science degree- ideally a project management qualification too
This is a hybrid role, based out of Ipswich, offering the chance to be part of something far bigger than any one individual — building the systems that will deliver clean energy for generations.
If you’re ready to take on a role that’s high-impact, high-profile, and at the heart of our national energy transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
