  • Managing mandatory ESG metrics and KPIs submissions across the CWA, including developing digital solutions for data management
  • Embedding ESG principles into procurement and commercial processes, ensuring clear communication to all supply chain partners
  • Facilitating collaboration, best practice sharing, and engagement activities throughout the programme and supply chain
  • Supporting the delivery of contractual and regulatory requirements, incentives, and evidence submissions
  • Representing and promoting CWA’s ESG strategy to internal and external stakeholders

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in ESG, environmental, or sustainability compliance within the civils/utilities sector
  • Strong background in line management, team leadership, and performance development
  • Highly effective communicator, able to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Advanced organisational and coordination skills, with a positive and proactive approach to influencing ESG practices
  • Confident user of MS Office applications
  • Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 14001 and EMS
  • In-depth understanding of the construction industry
