Specialized in civil engineering and engineering structures, Bouygues Travaux Publics is one of the world leaders in the fields of land use planning and sustainable infrastructure construction. Bouygues Travaux Publics is committed to diversity and is open to all talents.

The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) are recruiting a Quality Records Manager for an essential role based in Suffolk — we’re seeking a Quality Records Manager to lead the Life Time Quality Records (LTQR) strategy for the Sizewell C project.

Sizewell C is set to be a 3.2-gigawatt low-carbon power station, supplying clean, reliable electricity for around 6 million homes and securing the UK’s energy future for at least 60 years. This role offers a unique chance to be at the heart of quality assurance on one of the nation’s most significant infrastructure projects.

As Quality Records Manager, you’ll be the custodian of the LTQR process, driving alignment across suppliers, delivery teams, and document control to ensure progressive, compliant, and timely submission of critical quality records. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining our rigorous quality standards, supporting regulatory compliance, and enabling smooth project handovers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and maintaining the LTQR Procedure, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements

  • Leading the LTQR delivery strategy and managing key documents such as Partitioning Strategy and End-Reports

  • Driving timely, progressive delivery of LTQRs to avoid backlogs and support contract milestones

  • Providing training, guidance, and mentoring on LTQR expectations and best practices

  • Coordinating with delivery teams and document control to ensure accurate record submission and storage

  • Supporting audit readiness and client inspections by ensuring easy retrieval and traceability of records

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience managing quality records or document control on major infrastructure or nuclear projects

  • Strong knowledge of LTQR principles, regulatory compliance (including ONR LC6), and project handover requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and reporting accuracy

  • Familiarity with EDRMS platforms such as Teamcenter, ASITE, or similar

  • Ability to influence and support cross-disciplinary teams within an alliance environment

  • Relevant qualifications in Information Management, Engineering, Quality, or related fields

  • Experience with ISO 9001 and nuclear regulatory requirements is highly desirable

At CWA, we’re committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. If you want to play a key role in shaping the UK’s clean energy future with a project that matters, I’d love to hear from you.
