About the Role:
- Estimating, cost control, procurement arrangement, contractual issues
- Subcontract administration from sub-letting to final account
- Liaise with other departments, consultants and contractors on QS matters to ensure a smooth running of projects
- Provide extensive support to the production team on project delivery
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies
- Minimum 4 years of working experience for civil engineering tender
- Experience in Main Contract and subcontract management
