About the Role:

• Lead and manage the interface between BS/MEP and ABWF contractors to ensure proper alignment of installation sequencing, spatial allocation, and finishing requirements.
• Ensure all necessary builder’s works are accurately executed to support MEP installations.
• Coordinate and verify that MEP service routes, mounting positions, and equipment clearances are compatible with architectural and structural elements.
• Ensure contractors’ activities comply with approved drawings, method statements, installation procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving site constraints and technical conflicts through coordinated site meetings and follow-up actions.

 To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in BS/MEP coordination within building, railway, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with ABWF trades is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, BIM outputs, architectural details, and construction programmes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
