About the Role:
- Supervise the construction progress of road, drainage, underground utilities works and external works
- Lead a construction team to deliver the project on time with a safe manner
- Prepare construction programe and communicate with clients, teams and sub-contractors
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control cost
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 7-10 years relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of contract and subcontract documents
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- A thorough understanding of health and safety standards
- A demonstrated knowledge of construction and engineering principles
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Construction Manager
