Project Executive   

About the Role:

• Assist the Project Manager with tender preparation, tender presentation, project planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Support the development and use of AI tools and track the project progress, etc.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Should Have:

• A degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in project management or business administrations, IT, or sales and marketing-related industries.
• PMP® Project Management Professional® (PMP@ ) certificate is an advantage but not a necessity.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office operation (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• A team player with good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills; independent, well-organised and self-motivated.
