We have an exciting opportunity to join VSL as Registered Safety Officer in Hong Kong.
You will :
- Ensure site operations comply with health and safety legal requirements and company standards
- Conduct health & safety training and inspections on site, prepare related reports
- Assist in conducting incident investigation and preparing reports and analysis
- Carry out ongoing monitoring, follow up / reporting of H&S conditions / targets
- Assist in preparation / update of health and safety plans / procedures
- Undertake internal audits
- Prepare, maintain, control, distribute and file management system documentation
You are :
- Degree Holder with Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or Environmental related discipline
- Registered Safety Officer recognized by Labour Department
- At least 1 year of work experience as RSO in construction industry
- Experience in foundation works, government projects or MTR projects is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer application, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel
- Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
