About the Role:
- Coordinating the Learning & Development strategy at a regional level, aligned with the Group’s global guidelines.
- Driving the development of the Confucius Training Center by enriching the training offer and ensuring pedagogical consistency.
- Deploying global programs and adapting them locally for all employees in the Building and Civil Works activities. In coordination with the local teams, you will oversee all logistical and administrative aspects to ensure a harmonized deployment across each subsidiary.
- Developing the onboarding platform Workelo and customizing digital journeys to enhance the integration of newcomers.
- Designing innovative learning paths and managing pedagogical engineering in an international context.
- Leading and developing the Graduate Program “Moove Up,” ensuring its attractiveness and impact on talent retention.
- Monitoring L&D performance indicators, producing analyses and recommendations, and optimizing project budgets and logistics.
- Setting up and managing communication activities relating to the CTC (newsletters, live events, etc.).
- Acting as a driving force for the introduction of innovative and pragmatic solutions in line with operational needs.
