At Bouygues we require an experienced Electrical Technical/Design Manager as we expanding our team to support a number of site projects. You will be based in London and supporting design aspects of projects in London and the South East (including a Hospital project in Jersey- remotely). Bouygues’ operates an MEP Unbundled strategy, reducing reliance on external suppliers to improve quality, safety, and project control. You will build and lead effective relationships with MEP designers & BIM Coordinators to maximise value/opportunity and mitigate risk.
Skills Profile:
- Substantial experience collaborating with a main contractor or large MEP subcontractor
- Degrees in an Electrical subject but we’d also consider people qualified by experience
- Proven in depth technical knowledge of Electrical MEP Services from a desgn perspsective
- Proven people management (including mentoring) experience of managing/developing teams
- An effective analytical person
- Initiative-taking, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines
- Client-driven with effective communication skills
- Advocate for Health and Safety
- Commercially astute
