At Bouygues we require an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor as we expanding our team for a specific project based in Jersey. Bouygues’ operates an MEP Unbundled strategy, reducing reliance on external suppliers to improve quality, safety, and project control.
Your skills profile should include the following:
- Previous experience in M&E Quantity Surveying at a senior level with a main contractor/MEP Sunb contracator
- Managing (M&E) subcontractor packages
- Experience in producing financial reports, including forecast, net margin, & activity
- Strong commercial awareness
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and produce accurate work
- Facilitate the promoting the training and development of the Quantity Surveying Team
- Demonstrate a solid understand/management of company reporting timetables, as well as key tools & procedures
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Experience covering both pre and post contract
Role Summary:
Maximise the commercial results of projects in terms of delivering optimum profit performance against internal budgets. Procurement of Sub-contractors and Financial & Contractual management of them. Collaborating with the Project Manager and other members of the Project team. Preparing and agreeing Interim Valuations with the Client & for progressing the agreement of Variations as the work proceeds utilising company tools.
