We are currently looking for a Senior Superintendent GO to lead the construction work - Structural work of a very high-end residential project worth 74 million euros in Manila (Philippines)

You will report to the country manager to whom you will ensure regular reporting to the hierarchy: progress, anomalies, expenses, risks.

BBI (36%) is represented in the Philippines by MDBI, a joint venture founded in 2017 with Makati Development Corporation (MDC, 64%).

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Site preparation and organization:
    • Participate in site preparation in conjunction with the Works Supervisor.
    • Anticipate and organize the human and material resources required for proper execution of the works.
    • Work with the Methods Department and management teams to ensure all prerequisites are in place.
    • Supervise site implementation and manage the latest version of execution plans.

 

  • Team supervision and leadership:
    • Lead production teams and organize their daily work.
    • Ensure team formation, proper task distribution, motivation, and compliance with instructions.
    • Monitor safety, deadlines, and quality on site.

 

  • Technical follow-up and production:
    • Ensure the execution of structural works in direct production or supervise subcontracted works.
    • Produce drawings and quantities required for site progress.
    • Carry out or supervise layout from surveyor axes (level, theodolite).
    • Adapt the execution schedule according to constraints and unforeseen events.
    • Lead briefings, execution procedures, and control plan versioning (latest revision).

 

  • Resource management and reporting:
    • Manage stocks of materials and equipment.
    • Define personnel, tools, and equipment needs to ensure individual and collective safety.
    • Establish production cycles and worker/day schedules for direct production.
    • Provide regular reporting to management: progress, issues, expenses, risks.

 

  • Quality, safety, and environment:
    • Apply and enforce Health and Safety Plan instructions.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of QSE practices on site.
    • Ensure cleanliness and order in work areas.
    • Conduct weekly QSE visits.

 

Profile:

 

  • Technical background in building or civil engineering (CAP, BEP, Bac Pro, BTS, DUT, or Licence Pro).
  • Significant experience in site management, ideally in structural works.
  • Mastery of construction techniques, materials, and site monitoring tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex plans, calculate quantities, and adapt schedules.
  • Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, leadership, and ability to unite teams.
  • Field-oriented, responsive, methodical, and proactive.
  • Share company values and know how to transmit them to others.

 

Fluent practice of English (written and oral) is essential
