About the Role
Provide technical designs and plans to the Project Engineer to assist in the achievement of the Project.
Key Responsabilities
Construction
- Prepare detailed design drawings
- Prepare additional post-tensioning detailed drawings to assist clear interpretation by construction personnel
- Provide on-site supervision on all contracts designed by the Company and also contracts with special qualities
- Provide detailed design drawings and advice, as necessary, on special site problems that may arise during the course of the contract
- Approve tendon extensions if within set limits
Design
- Prepare final design drawings for the Company’s final design contracts.
- Maintain drawings registers / transmittals.
- Calculate tendon profiles and extensions
- Keep up to date with Australian and overseas developments in both CAD and manual drafting.
Marketing
- Produce preliminary design drawings suitable for feasibility studies
- Provide some day-to-day answers to technical enquiries about the company products and services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering degree or relevant diploma
- 2-3 Years’ experience
- Coordination and negotiation skills
- Technical knowledge and profit minded.
- Methodical, have authority, be available, attentive, able to be objective, be tenacious and have a sense of responsibility.
