Established in 1990, BYME Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd. is a E&M building services specialist. With the aim of enhancing everyone’s lives, our works cover design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance and facility management of various mechanical and electrical systems.
Qualifications:

Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
-
At least 8 years’ relevant experience in MVAC/HVAC projects, preferably in large-scale E&M projects
-
With experience in CSD / CBWD / BIM coordination, utilities liaison, and project management are essential
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and MS office operations

Proactive, responsible, with strong communication skills and a good team player
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Key Responsibilities:

To assist Project Manager to review design, produce drawing, site coordination and supervising

To prepare method statement for the installation work and monitor the progress of subcontractor’s installation
-
To monitor the quality of site installation work, prepare & conduct the site work inspection & material receiving inspector

To liaise with the T&C team for the equipment FAT, SAT & site T&C activities, etc
