About the Role
The Position
- Requirement for a new Office Administrator to join our Port Macquarie team.
- Office-based role working with a great team within our very busy regional office
- Working alongside and supporting a highly experienced General Manager who enjoys mentoring and developing those around them
- The role involves working closely and collaboratively with AW Edwards Project team members and management, to manage all site & office administrative tasks:
- Managing Project Directors Calendar
- Creating Reports & Presentations
- Creating report content and proof-reading/formatting
- Assisting with financial tasks
- With a long history of building some of NSW iconic buildings, A W Edwards will be around in the decades ahead and will be able to offer the successful Administrator a long-term career.
- Project values range from $1 - 25M and our diverse expertise across multiple sectors means that no one project is the same.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant Office Administrative experience
- Experience working within the NSW construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of the full Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat pro
- Ability to manage, proof-read and create reports with various external and internal teams
- Computer and technology savvy
- Ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative and consultative working relationships
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks and respond to changing timelines and circumstances
- Self-motivated, adaptable and reliable
- Very strong attention to detail
