We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Controller to join Bouygues Bâtiment International. Based in Athens, you will be part of the Riviera Tower project team — the tallest high-rise ever built in Greece — and work closely with the Project Management and the Client’s Finance team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring monthly budget control and project performance indicators.
- Reviewing spending commitments and their valuation during monthly closings in coordination with the controlling team.
- Preparing activity and cash flow forecasts, analyzing and explaining variances.
- Analyzing budget deviations, anticipating end-of-project projections, and presenting your conclusions to the Project Management and the Client’s Finance team (cost transparency with the client).
- Proactively proposing solutions to keep the project within the target cost set by the Client.
- Preparing monthly work progress reports and liaising with the Client to justify costs.
- Identifying and tracking project-related risks and opportunities.
- Leading a team of 4 collaborators.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects of at least €100M and team leadership.
- A desire to broaden your career by contributing to a major international project delivered under a Cost + Fee model, showcasing your rigor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in management tools and excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluent operational English, essential for this role.
This position is offered under a French expatriate contract.
