Specialized in civil engineering and engineering structures, Bouygues Travaux Publics is one of the world leaders in the fields of land use planning and sustainable infrastructure construction. Bouygues Travaux Publics is committed to diversity and is open to all talents.
We’re hiring a Project Reporting Manager to support the Marine and Tunnelling team at Sizewell C — one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the UK.
At the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), we’re proud to play a major role in the delivery of Sizewell C — a 3.2-gigawatt nuclear power station that will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. This project will help secure the UK’s clean energy future for the next 60 years, and we’re building the foundations — both onshore and offshore — to make that possible.
We’re now looking for an experienced Project Reporting Manager to join our Marine and Tunnelling team, initially based in London before transitioning to Suffolk. In this role, you’ll lead the development and coordination of formal reporting across the marine and tunnelling portfolios — ensuring our progress, performance, and key risks are clearly understood by internal leadership, external stakeholders, and the Client.
This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of data, delivery, and decision-making. You’ll work closely with function leads, planners, commercial teams, and digital specialists to create reports that are not just compliant — but meaningful, visually clear, and aligned with the overall goals of the Marine and Tunnelling section of works.
What you’ll be doing:
-
Lead the development and implementation of a structured, accurate reporting process for marine and tunnelling works.
-
Compile and produce reports across multiple data streams — including progress, schedule, cost, and risk — tailored to different audiences (Client, internal leaders, Alliance board).
-
Support and coordinate a small team of report coordinators and BI specialists to deliver timely, consistent outputs.
-
Translate complex construction and engineering performance data into accessible visuals and insights using tools like Power BI.
-
Collaborate with Planning, Commercial, Digital and Project Controls colleagues to drive consistency and quality across all reporting.
-
Identify trends, bottlenecks and potential blockers early — enabling informed, proactive decisions.
-
Ensure full alignment with Sizewell C’s contractual and regulatory reporting requirements.
We’re looking for someone who can bring:
-
Strong experience in reporting and project controls for large-scale infrastructure — ideally marine, tunnelling, or heavy civil works.
-
A strategic mindset and the ability to communicate complex project data clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders.
-
Hands-on experience with project reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Primavera P6, cost systems) and a strong eye for data presentation.
-
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills — confident engaging across disciplines and levels, from engineers to executive teams.
-
A collaborative, proactive approach — able to work under pressure and bring clarity in a fast-paced delivery environment.
-
Experience aligning reporting frameworks with contractual obligations and industry best practice.
Why join us?
