Based at the headquarters in Guyancourt, you will join the Accounting Department of Bouygues Bâtiment International and contribute to the development of various projects as well as the supervision of part of the team. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• You will act as a key contact for subsidiaries located in Eastern Europe.

• You will be responsible for the accounting and financial monitoring of branches and joint ventures, in collaboration with local accountants.

• You will participate in quarterly closings: reviewing and consolidating accounts, preparing summary financial analyses, and aggregating data from relevant entities.

• You will contribute to the deployment of SAP – Edifice: using the tool, training users, and providing accounting assistance.

• You will participate in the implementation and management of internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting procedures. 

• You will analyze high-risk accounts and identify potential anomalies.

• You will review the financial statements of subsidiaries, branches, and participations. 

• You will ensure that implemented processes and procedures comply with Group rules.

• You will analyze discrepancies, identify causes, and propose suitable corrective actions. 

• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of financial practices and process optimization.

 

Could it be you?

• You hold a Master's degree in accounting and/or finance, audit, and have at least 5 years of experience. An interest in and knowledge of the construction field would be a plus.

• You have solid knowledge of control standards and regulatory requirements through IFRS standards (Mastery of IFRS 15, IFRS 16, etc.).

• You demonstrate rigor, attentiveness, observation, organization, and possess strong critical analysis and synthesis skills. 

• Teamwork is a true strength for you in accomplishing your tasks, and you know how to adapt to various changes.

• You are impartial and possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Depending on the situation, you can adopt a multicultural approach and demonstrate availability.

• You are proficient in office tools and are skilled in using data analysis tools. 

• Joining an international company, fluency in English is essential.
